| 16 Sep 98 20 Sep 98 16 Sep 98 These are pics of the turbo as I got it from Turbo Power after being rebuilt. The center and turbine sections are stock from an '88 Isuzu Impulse 2.0l Turbo. The compressor section is a larger one from a late 80's Thunderbird Turbo-Coupe that used the same turbo and will be a better match for my 2.6l engine.
The exhaust manifold and down pipe from the turbine outlet have been coated inside and out with TechLine's Cermakote ceramic coating. I may end up doing the scroll housings for the turbine and compressor sections as well.
These show the difference in clearance that the 3/8" spacer makes. It's not
in there yet, but the gap is about the same.
