These are pics of the turbo as I got it from Turbo Power after being rebuilt.  The center and turbine sections are stock from an '88 Isuzu Impulse 2.0l Turbo.  The compressor section is a larger one from a late 80's Thunderbird Turbo-Coupe that used the same turbo and will be a better match for my 2.6l engine.

The exhaust manifold and down pipe from the turbine outlet have been coated inside and out with TechLine's Cermakote ceramic coating.  I may end up doing the scroll housings for the turbine and compressor sections as well.

These show the difference in clearance that the 3/8" spacer makes.  It's not in there yet, but the gap is about the same.

The left side pics are without the space.  The right side pics are with the space.   You can see how close the compressor outlet is to the manifold without the spacer.


These are some miscellaneous pics of the test install showing the heat shield, the interference with the compressor inlet elbow and the empty side of the engine.
